Thomas More Machrina is dedicated to form boys into young men who are responsible citizens. Boys are encouraged to imbibe the philosophy based on the Japanese and Chinese values. The Chinese value hard work, entrepreneur spirit and propensity to save while the Japanese are famous for their ability to seek, accept assimilate and adapt to changing needs and circumstances for their team spirit and discipline.

At Machrina education is much more than acquisition of knowledge, it is mastery for service. It promotes spiritual, moral, social as well as intellectual development. We recognize that each boy has innate gifts and unique strength. By providing personal care and attention, we seek to promote these attributes and develop the students' sense of confidence and self esteem.

We believe that this is best achieved in a strong community setting. Deliberate efforts are made to nurture a family spirit within the school so that each boy is welcomed and supported. The medium size of the school facilitates proactive interaction between students and staff.
A well organized caring environment, dedicated teachers, health and nutrition, use of available infrastructure, mastery of language, Mathematics and quality assurance system encourage each boy to achieve his potential.
